This page is a short hub so customers and visitors can find our privacy policy, terms, and how we use third-party services (such as Plaid for bank feeds). It does not replace the full Privacy Policy.
Open banking & bank feeds (Plaid)
If you use our optional Bank Feed feature, you authenticate with your bank through Plaid (Plaid Financial Ltd. in the UK). We do not receive or store your bank login password. We receive only the categories of data you authorise (for example account identifiers, balances, and transaction descriptions) to power bookkeeping and reconciliation inside bizsuite.management.
- Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy — how Plaid processes data when you connect a financial institution.
- Plaid legal hub — terms applicable to your use of Plaid Link.
Access tokens used to sync your accounts are stored encrypted on our systems. You can disconnect a bank from the Bank Feed page; we then stop new syncs and revoke access where the provider’s API allows.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data or your business customer lists to data brokers.
- We do not use your bank feed data for unrelated advertising profiles.
Security in brief
- Transport security: HTTPS (TLS) for connections between your browser and our services.
- Passwords: stored using strong one-way hashing.
- Access: role-based and least-privilege practices for platform operations.
Further detail is in our Privacy Policy (sections on data sharing, retention, and security) and the Information Security Policy.
