Use the Workout generator
How this Workout generator works
The workout generator picks a structure suited to your goal (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, endurance, or mobility) and fits it into the time and equipment you actually have. It avoids exercises that conflict with the restrictions you enter, so you can reuse it on tight days without redesigning your routine.
Calculation method
For each goal, a template is chosen (e.g. compound lifts for strength, intervals for fat loss, skills and flows for mobility). Experience level shifts rep ranges and complexity. Available time trims or extends the session, and the location changes equipment choices (dumbbells, machines, bodyweight, etc.).
Real-life uses
- Quick "what should I do at the gym today?" session
- Home workouts when you have minimal equipment
- Short travel workouts you can run in a hotel room
- Active-recovery or mobility day ideas
Frequently asked questions
Does it replace a coach?
No, but it is a practical starting point and a good fallback when your planned session is not possible.
Can I avoid certain exercises?
Yes. Enter restrictions like "knee" or "shoulder" and the generator will avoid exercises that typically load those areas.
How long should workouts be?
20–45 minutes is plenty for most goals. Pick the shortest option that you will actually do consistently.
