1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Your Brand ("the Service"), available at bizsuite.management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Your Brand is a business management platform providing tools including, but not limited to: invoicing, quoting, time tracking, supplier management, marketplace features (classifieds, auctions, merchant), freelancing tools, service management, photography management, book sales, accountancy tools and related services.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until their current term ends.
- Refunds may be available within the first 14 days of a new subscription, at our discretion.
5. Your Data
- You own your data. All business data you enter (invoices, customers, products, etc.) remains your property.
- You can export your data at any time using the built-in export tools.
- If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.
- We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
- Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
- Resell access to the Service without written permission
- List illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items on marketplace features
- Harass, abuse or intimidate other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Marketplace Terms
If you use our marketplace features (Classifieds, Auctions, Merchant):
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
- Transactions between buyers and sellers are between those parties. We facilitate but are not a party to those transactions.
- We may charge commission or listing fees as described on the relevant platform pages.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its code, design, logos and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Content you create and upload (invoices, photos, listings) remains your intellectual property.
- By uploading content to public areas of the platform (e.g. marketplace listings, public galleries), you grant us a licence to display that content as part of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we aim for 99.9% availability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
