How to play

You are X, the computer is O — or switch to "Online friend" to share an invite link and take turns on your own time (no account needed). In AI mode, click any empty square on your turn. Get three in a line to win. Choose Easy, Medium or Unbeatable AI.

Tips & strategy

Opening in a corner forces the AI into a single safe reply. The centre is the strongest cell. On Unbeatable the best you can do is draw — that is the mathematical truth of the game.

Can I beat the Unbeatable AI?

No. Noughts and crosses is a solved game — with perfect play both sides draw. The best you can do against Minimax is a tie.

Who moves first?

You (X) move first every round. Future updates may add "computer starts" mode.

How does online play work?

Create a room, copy the invite link, and send it. You are X, your friend is O. Each move is stored for a week on the server so you can play asynchronously.
